摘　　要：目的分析云南省肿瘤医院2016-2021年收治的1524例胃癌患者的流行病学特征,为开展胃癌的防治工作提供科学依据。方法收集2016-2021年于云南省肿瘤医院首次诊断为胃癌(ICD-10)的病案首页信息,分析不同性别、不同年龄、不同地区、不同民族胃癌的构成情况。结果胃癌患者男性多于女性,男女比例为1.96∶1;发病中位年龄为57±10.9岁,发病区域广泛、涵盖民族多。结论胃癌发病具有性别、年龄、部位差异,能间接指导云南省胃癌防治工作,应关注云南省胃癌高发地区及高发民族的中老年人群,重视胃癌三级预防,降低本省胃癌发病率。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of 1524 patients with gastric cancer patients treated in Yunnan Tumor Hospital from 2016 to 2021,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.Methods The first page information of medical records of patients diagnosed with gastric cancer(ICD-10)for the first time diagnosed in Yunnan Tumor Hospital from 2016 to 2021 was collected,analyzed the composition of gastric cancer in different gender,age,region and nationality.Results There were more males than females in patients with gastric cancer,and the ratio of male to female was 1.96∶1;The median age of onset was 57±10.9 years old.The area of onset was extensive and covered many nationalities.Conclusions The incidence of gastric cancer has gender,age and part differences,which can indirectly guide the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer in Yunnan Province.We should pay attention to the middle-aged and elderly people in high incidence areas and high incidence nationalities in Yunnan Province,pay attention to the tertiary prevention of gastric cancer,and reduce the incidence of gastric cancer in Yunnan Province.
