摘  要:为了提高虚拟现实专业学生人才培养质量,使学生所学更加贴近产业需求。本研究在调研了企业岗位人才能力需求的基础上,确定人才培养方向,并提出虚拟现实专业教师、教材、教学模式改革策略。实践结果表明,实施三教改革后,学生专业技能和综合素养均明显提升。In order to improve the quality of talent training for students majoring in virtual reality and make what students learn more close to the needs of industry.On the basis of investigating the talent capacity demand of enterprises,this study determines the talent training direction,and proposes the reform strategy of virtual reality professional teachers,teaching materials,and teaching models.The practice results show that after the implementation of the"three education reform",students'professional skills and comprehensive quality have been significantly improved.
