摘 要:目的探讨微信订阅号的微课教学应用于低年资护士基础技能培训效果。方法2020年1—12月将二级甲等医院的60名低年资护士,根据培训方式的不同分为对照组(传统培训)和观察组(微信订阅号的微课教学培训),每组30名。比较两组低年资护士培训后基础理论和技能操作考核结果及对培训方式、教学质量自评结果;比较两组培训前后工作态度、沟通交流、学习兴趣评分。结果施行微信订阅号的微课教学培训后,观察组基础理论和技能操作考核合格率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对培训方式满意率以及教学质量自评效果较好率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作态度、沟通交流、学习兴趣评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于传统培训方式,低年资护士采用微信订阅号的微课教学方式进行培训的效果更佳,低年资护士的专业能力及综合素质明显的提高,且其对培训的满意度相对较高。Objective To discuss the effect of micro-course teaching of WeChat subscription number to the basic skills training of nurses with low seniority. Methods From January to December 2020, 60 low seniority nurses in Grade Ⅱ Class A hospitals, they were divided into control group(traditional training) and observation group(micro-class training) according to the different training methods, with 30 cases in each group. To compare the results of basic theory and skill operation after training and self-evaluation results of training methods and teaching quality and compare the working attitude, communication and learning interest. Results After the implementation of the micro-course teaching training, the qualification rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate and the teaching quality of the observation group were higher than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the working attitude, communication and learning interest were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional training methods, the training effect of the junior nurses with WeChat subscription number is better, and the professional ability and comprehensive quality of the low-seniority nurses are significantly improved, and the satisfaction with the training is relatively high.
