摘　　要：根据汽车副仪表板塑件的形状结构与技术要求,设计了基于顺序阀技术的六点针阀式热流道(即SVG技术)进胶的倒装模具,结合计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析软件Moldflow对塑件进行有限元分析。在动模处设计了一处弹块脱模机构,在定模侧设计了一处滑块叠滑块的二次侧向抽芯及分型机构,在塑件侧面的成型大滑块中设计了弹针脱模机构,保证了大滑块运动时不会黏住产品。在产品T5区域的整体倒扣处分别设计了两个成型拉块机构,在大滑块向外运动时成型拉块带动产品侧面向外变形后,通过四个液压缸组成的脱模系统顶出,解决了产品倒扣与模仁干涉的问题。采用了由“直通式与隔水片式”水路组成的温度调节系统。According to the structure and technical requirements of the plastic parts of the automobile auxiliary instrument panel,a flip mold of six point needle valve hot runner based on the sequence valve technology(SVG Technology)was designed,and the plastic parts were analyzed by finite element method combined with computer aided engineering(CAE)analysis software Moldflow.A spring block demoulding mechanism was designed at the moving die.A secondary lateral core pulling and parting mechanism of sliding block stacking sliding block was designed at the fixed mold side,and a spring pin demoulding mechanism was designed in the forming large sliding block at the side of the plastic part to ensure that the large sliding block could not stick to the product when it moved.Two forming pull block mechanisms were designed at the overall turndown of the product T5 area.When the large slider moved outward,the forming pull block drived the side of the product to deform outward,and then it was ejected through the demoulding system composed of four hydraulic cylinders,which solved the problem of interference between the product turndown and the die.A temperature regulation system composed of“straight through and water isolating plate”waterways was adopted.
