摘 要:针对履带式车辆负重轮的轻量化问题,提出以超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)塑料为基体制备复合材料负重轮,利用ABAQUS分析软件对不同负重轮结构进行静力学仿真计算,冯米斯应力(Von·Mises应力)结果显示,轮辐式结构的最大应力较小,受力更加均匀;且轮辐式负重轮比圆盘式负重轮的质量轻15.5%;同时设计一体化模压成型工艺,利用正交试验法选择最优工艺参数组合:成型温度为255℃、成型压力为14 MPa、成型时间为1.5 h,解决了UHMWPE塑料与橡胶黏合难的问题。最后,通过本体取样试验及黏合强度试验分别验证复合材料负重轮的力学性能和橡塑黏合强度性能,证明了该工艺的可靠性。Aiming at the lightweight problem of track-type vehicle road wheels, it was proposed to prepare composite road wheel with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)plastic as the matrix, and ABAQUS analysis software was used to perform statics simulation calculations on different road wheel structures.The Von·Mises stress results show that the maximum stress of the spoke structure is smaller and the force is more uniform.And the spoke type road wheel is 15.5%lighter than the disc type road wheel.At the same time, the integrated molding process is designed.The orthogonal test method is used to select the optimal combination of process parameters, which the molding temperature is 255 ℃,the molding pressure is 14 MPa, and the molding time is 1.5 h, and it solves the problem of difficult adhesion between UHMWPE plastic and rubber.Finally, the mechanical properties of the composite road wheel and the rubber-plastic bonding strength performance are verified through the body sampling test and the bonding strength test, respectively, which prove the reliability of the process.
