摘 要:以18号道岔为例,分析高速铁路接触网无交叉线岔布置原理,并计算道岔内轨道中心线距离。经论证可知,动车组正线通过时,侧线接触线到正线轨道中心线的距离始终满足受电弓动态包络线的要求。采用直线方程式与圆方程式,建立动车组从正线进入侧线、侧线进入正线时,正线、侧线接触线到侧线轨道中心线的距离表达式;验证了正线、侧线接触线过渡转换时,2支接触线到侧线轨道中心线距离≤600 mm的可行性。通过对动车组运行过程中接触网动态检测数据及视频进行分析,结合受电弓通过线岔时受电弓运行轨迹,对接触网无交叉线岔设计参数调整提供建议,为设计、运营、施工参数调整提供数据支持。Taking No. 18 high speed turnout as an example, this paper analyzes the arrangement principle of tangential point wiring in the OCS of high speed railways, and calculates the distance between the centerlines of the two tracks in the turnout. It is demonstrated that, when the EMU passes through the main line, the distance from the contact wire of the branch line to the track centerline of the main line always meets the requirements of the dynamic envelope of the pantograph. The straight line equation and circle equation are used to establish the expression of the distance from the contact wire of the main line and the branch line to the track centerline of the branch line when the EMU enters the branch line from the main line and enters the main line from the branch line, which verifies the feasibility of the distance from the two contact wires to the track centerline of the branch line ≤600 mm during the transition between the contact wires of the main line and the branch line. Through analysis of the dynamic inspection data and video of the OCS during the operation of the EMU, and in combination with the pantograph moving path when the pantograph passes through the overhead crossing, this paper provides suggestions on the adjustment of design parameters of the tangential point wiring in the OCS,and provides data support for the adjustment of design, operation and construction parameters.
