摘 要:随着人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对汽车的舒适性要求越来越高。汽车的噪声是影响舒适性的关键因素之一,因此如何改善汽车噪声为当前汽车技术研究的重点方向之一。气噪声是车辆噪声的重要组成部分。本文基于某车辆在原车标准状态下,在整车半消试验室中,三档全加速(3G_WOT)工况下测得的进气口噪声,通过GT-Power软件建立进气系统和发动机耦合的声学仿真模型,通过对比其仿真值与试验测试值,得出该测试方法测得的进气口噪声包含发动机背景噪声的结论。在节气门处接一段1.1m的白管,以此来将进气系统引出,并对车辆进行隔音处理,将测得的进气口噪声与模型仿真值进行对比,发现其结果基本一致。由此得出在节气门处接一段1.1m的白管来将进气系统引出的进气口噪声测试方法能更好地反应真实进气口噪声的结论。With the increasing improvement of people’s living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for the comfort of cars.Car noise is one of the key factors afecting comfort,so how to improve car noise is one of the key directions of current automotive technology research.Gas noise is an important part of vehicle noise.Based on the air intake noise measured by a vehicle under the condition of three-speed full acceleration(3G_WOT)in the vehicle semi-elimination test room under the standard state of the original vehicle,the acoustic simulation model of air intake system and engine coupling is established by GT-Power software,and the conclusion that the air intake noise measured by the test method includes engine background noise is concluded by comparing its simulation value with the test value.A 1.1m white tube is connected at the throttle to lead the air intake system out,and the vehicle is soundproofed,and the measured air intake noise is compared with the model simulation value,and the results are basically consistent.It is concluded that the inlet noise test method of connecting a 1.1m white tube at the throttle to lead the intake system out of the air intake system can better reflect the real air intake noise.
