摘　　要：针对北方地区气候特点和大球盖菇的栽培特性,探索日光温室和工厂化等设施条件下层架式大球盖菇生产的栽培模式。为应对重茬等带来的病虫害对产业发展的影响,有效提高土地利用率和经济效益。该文从场地选择和出菇设施建造、菌种生产、培养料配方和原料处理、播种和发菌管理、上架和出菇管理等方面对大球盖菇设施化层架式栽培模式进行介绍,首次提出了大球盖菇栽培中通过二次发菌的生产方式提高培养料的通气性和营养一致性,从而进一步提高菇质和产量。According to the climate in northern China and cultivation characteristics of Stropharia rugosoannulata,a kind of layer cultivation mode of S. rugosoannulata under the facilities such as greenhouse and industrialization was explored. In order to deal with the impact of diseases and pests brought by repeated cropping on industrial development,land utilization rate and economic benefits could be effectively improved.From the aspects of site selection and facilities construction,strain production,culture material formulation and raw material treatment,inoculation and growing management,shelving and fruiting management,the layer facility cultivation mode for S. rugosoannulata were introduced. The cultivation method of improving the aeration and nutrition consistency of the culture material through the twice germinating was proposed for the first time,so as to improve the quality and yield in the cultivation of S. rugosoannulata.
