摘 要:随着数字技术的迅猛发展,无人船舶已经从理论层面走向实践层面,逐步开始投入国际航运物流的实践之中。与此同时,无人船舶也对《海牙规则》规定的船舶适航义务提出了新的挑战。具体而言,需要在数据处理、船员配备、船舶适航标准和适航时间上对承运人的船舶适航义务进行完善,以便于承运人更好地履行义务、适应国际航运物流的发展需要。With the rapid development of digital technology,unmanned ships have moved from the theoretical level to the practical level,and gradually began to be put into the practice of international shipping logistics.As a new technology,unmanned ships pose new challenges to the ship’s seaworthiness obligations.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the carrier’s ship seaworthiness obligations in terms of data processing,crew allocation,ship seaworthiness standards and seaworthiness time,so that the carrier can better perform its obligations and assume responsibilities,and adapt to the development needs of international shipping logistics.
