摘 要:开发了一种测定饲料添加剂中维生素K3含量的方法,并探究了其机理.以硫酸作为酸性介质,吐温80-酸性罗丹明B-维生素K3化学发光体系会产生强烈的化学发光信号,根据化学发光信号的强度可以测定饲料添加剂维生素K3粉中维生素K3的含量.在最佳实验条件下,维生素K3的浓度在0.10~8.00μg·mL-1范围内与化学发光信号强度呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程:I=136.47c-0.6611,r=0.9991,检出限为0.02μg·mL-1,相对标准偏差为1.4%,平均回收率为99.25%.该方法仪器设备简单,操作方便,可准确测定饲料添加剂药粉中维生素K3的含量.A method for determining the content of vitamin K3in feed additives was developed, and its mechanism was explored. A strong chemiluminescence signal was produced in tween 80-acid rhodamine B-vitamin K3chemiluminescence system when sulfuric acid was used as acidic medium. The content of vitamin K3in feed additive vitamin K3powder could be determined based on the intensity of the chemiluminescent signal. Under the optimal conditions, the concentration of vitamin K3, within the range of 0.10~8.00 g·mL-1, showed a good linear relationship with the chemiluminescence signal intensity. The linear regression equation was I=136.47c-0.661 1, r=0.999 1, the detection limit was 0.02 μg·mL-1, and the relative standard deviation was 1.4%. The average recovery was 99.25%. The method is easy to operate with simple instruments. It can accurately determine the content of vitamin K3in feed additive powder.
