摘　　要：我国脱贫攻坚战完成了消除绝对贫困的艰巨任务,但仍存在相对贫困,尤其是心理贫困问题.国内外学者对心理贫困和心理扶贫目前尚无统一界定,认为心理贫困主要表现在认知、情绪、动机和行为、人格等方面.在心理扶贫工作中国家、社会和个人层面均面临困境.梳理国内学者对心理扶贫的意见和建议,为相关人员提供研究及实施思路,以进一步推进心理贫困问题的解决,并为巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,全面推进乡村振兴提供研究基础.China′s anti-poverty campaign has accomplished the arduous task of eliminating absolute poverty, but there is still relative poverty, especially psychological poverty. Neither domestic nor international scholars have a unified definition of psychological poverty and psychological poverty alleviation. They believe that psychological poverty is mainly manifested in cognition, emotion, motivation and behavior, personality, and many other aspects. In the work of psychological poverty alleviation, China faces difficulties at national, social and individual levels. The work of sorting out scholars′ opinions and suggestions on psychological poverty alleviation provides related people with ideas on research and implementation, so as to further promote the solution of psychological poverty. This also provides a research basis for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
