高校图书馆学术研究团队建设现状及策略研究

摘　　要：高校图书馆学术研究团队建设有助于提升馆员的学术研究水平,推动图书馆事业的发展。调研发现高校图书馆学术研究团队一般由馆内学术研究机构承担建设职责,通常由学术骨干带领团队开展学术研究,但不同高校图书馆学术研究团队建设水平差距较大。根据目前学术研究团队建设中存在的问题,提出了制订相关管理制度、开展学术研究训练、学术研究与工作实践结合起来等建设策略。The construction of academic research team in university library is helpful to improve the academic research level of librarians and promote the development of library cause.It is found that the academic research team of university library is generally undertaken by the academic research institution within the library. Often a team led by an academic backbone conducts academic research. However, there is a large gap in the construction level of academic research teams in different university libraries.According to the problems existing in the construction of academic research team, this paper puts forward some construction strategies, such as formulating relevant management system, carrying out academic research training, and combining academic research with working practice.
