摘　　要：目的 :明确肺动脉高压专科护士角色发展的过程及其角色职责。方法 :以加拿大高级临床护理实践角色发展及评价模式为框架,通过范围综述的研究方法,识别肺动脉高压专科护士在多学科协作中的角色职责。结果 :纳入16篇文献,其中实践指南2篇、专家共识1篇、标准1篇、数据审计1篇、现况调查3篇、质性研究1篇、综述7篇。通过文献整合归类,共识别出评估、实施、教育、协调、支持和学习6个类别,14个子主题的肺动脉高压专科护士角色职责。结论 :临床专科护士在肺动脉高压多学科管理中承担重要作用,以系统性方法发展新的护理角色,有助于完善肺动脉高压中心体制建设。Objective: To identify the role development process and role responsibilities of clinical nurse specialists in pulmonary hypertension. Methods: Drawing on the participatory, evidence-based, patient-focus process(PEPPA) framework,we used a scoping review methodology to identify the responsibilities of pulmonary hypertension specialist nurses in multidisciplinary collaboration. Results: Totally 16 articles were identified based on the eligibility criteria, including two practice guidelines, one expert consensus, one standard, one data audit, three cross-sectional studies, one qualitative study,and seven reviews. We explained the role development of pulmonary hypertension specialist nurses from five aspects:identifying the target population, identifying the stakeholders, determining the need for a new model of care, identifying priority problems, and defining the nurse practitioner’s role. Conclusion: Clinical nurse specialists play an important role in the multidisciplinary management of pulmonary hypertension. The advancement of pulmonary hypertension centers require the development of new nursing roles in a systematic way.
