摘　　要：胰腺异位副脾临床少见,多误诊为神经内分泌肿瘤而进行不必要的治疗,本文报道1例胰腺异位副脾误诊为神经内分泌肿瘤经病理活检最终确诊,并回顾国内外最新文献,以期为临床诊疗提供借鉴。Intrapancreatic accessory spleen is rare in clinic. It is often misdiagnosed as neuroendocrine neoplasm and treated unnecessarily. This paper reported a case of intrapancreatic accessory spleen misdiagnosed as neuroendocrine neoplasm, which was finally diagnosed by pathological biopsy, and reviewed the latest literature at home and abroad in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
