疫情背景下中医药院校“云上思政”育人机制探析

摘　　要：“云上思政”是新冠防控常态化背景下补充思政教育现实课堂的必然选择。中医药院校推进“云上思政”,是顺应互联网时代教育形式丰富的应然要求,强调尊重青年医学生的主体性,依据独特优势培育中医药专业学生的自信和职业素养。在全环境育人理念视角下,中医药院校“云上思政”育人机制的构建,应完善思想、更新机制、建立制度、引领机制和优化统筹联动机制,注重中医药核心文化价值“云端”传播的影响力和隐性教育作用,通过整合“云端”与线下、课上与课下、校内与校外等教育资源,建立系统的思政格局,寻求育人的最大合力。“Cloud-based Ideological and Political Education”is an inevitable choice to supplement traditional offline ideological and political education in the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.The promotion of“Cloud-based Ideological and Political Education”in university of traditional Chinese medicine is in line with the natural requirements of the rich forms of education in the internet era.It emphasizes respecting the subjectivity of young medical students,and cultivates the professional confidence and professionalism based on their unique competitive advantages.From the perspective of the concept of“whole-environment education”,the construction of the cloud-based ideological and political education mechanism in universities of Chinese medicine should keep pace with the times,update the ideological mechanism,establish a system leading mechanism and optimize the overall linkage mechanism,focusing on the influence and hidden educational role of the“cloud”communication of the core cultural values of traditional Chinese medicine,and establishing a systematic ideological and political pattern by integrating educational resources such as“cloud”and offline,in-class and out-of-class,on-campus and off-campus,with the ultimate attempt to seek maximum synergy in educating.
