摘 要:分析了全位置TIG焊机结构,重点研究了焊机的控制系统。根据TIG焊的特点,为满足其焊接工艺要求,控制系统硬件主要由西门子S7-1200系列PLC、威纶通触摸屏、伺服驱动系统等组成,综合运用PID算法控制实时调节焊接电流,保证焊接过程的时序性,实现闭环系统信息控制功能,并给出了程序设计方法及流程图,完成了人机界面的设计。通过工业现场表明,该控制系统具有可靠性高、稳定性好、操作简便等特点,焊缝成形质量优,满足管管焊接生产工艺要求。This paper analyzes the structure of the all-position TIG welding machine,and focuses on the control system of the welding machine.According to the characteristics of TIG welding,aiming at meeting its welding process requirements,the control system hardware is composed of Siemens S7-1200 series PLC,Weiluntong touch screen,servo drive system,etc.,and the PID algorithm is comprehensively used to realize the real-time adjustment of welding current to ensure the welding process.The information control function of the closed-loop system is realized,the program design method and flow chart are given,and the design of the man-machine interface is completed.The industrial field test shows that the control system has the characteristics of high reliability,good stability,easy operation,etc.,and the welding seam forming quality is excellent,which meets the requirements for the pipe-pipe welding process.
