摘 要:目的 分析前磨牙区多生牙的特点,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法 回顾性分析2015年1月至2020年12月我院就诊的146例前磨牙区多生牙患者,对性别、年龄、部位、数目、对邻牙的影响等进行分析。结果146例(245颗)前磨牙区多生牙发生于下颌前磨牙区有208颗(84.90%),牙列位置中以腭/舌侧最常见,有209颗(85.31%);方向上以垂直阻生最常见,有216颗(88.17%)。形态中以补充型的最常见,有221颗(90.20%)。分型中Ⅱ型的有131颗(53.47%)。对邻牙产生继发影响的发生率分别为I型(71.21%)、Ⅱ(32.82%)、Ⅲ(25.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 前磨牙区多生牙多发于男性,多发于下颌舌侧,形状多为补充型。分型多为Ⅱ型。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of supernumerary teeth in premolar area. Methods A total of 146 cases with supernumerary teeth in premolar area were retrospectively analyzed,including patients age and gender,location and number. Results There were a total of 245 supernumerary teeth in the 146 patients,of which 208supernumerary tooth(84.90%) were in the mandibular premolar area and 209(85.31%) in the lingual or palatal side, 216(88.17%) vertically impacted, and 221(90.20%) in supplementary type. The incidence of secondary effects on adjacent teeth were type I(71.21%), Ⅱ(32.82%) and Ⅲ(25.00%). Conclusions The supernumerary teeth in the premolar area are mostly male and on the lingual side of the mandible, and the shape is mostly supplementary. Most types are type Ⅱ.
