环评报告中卫生防护距离设置的研究

摘　　要：目前,笔者发现较多的环评报告中关于卫生防护距离设置分析结论均是错误的,结果亦是不可行的,从而给企业和生态环境管理部门后期的环境管理添加了困难和困惑。鉴于此,笔者结合多年的实际工作经验,对卫生防护距离设置作了些研究,供广大参与环评报告编制、评审和技术复核等读者参考,以期环证报告编制过程中可正确开展卫生防护距离设置分析。At present,the author has found that many EIA report analysis conclusions on the public health protection distance settings are wrong,and the results are not feasible,thus adding difficulties and confusions to the environmental management of enterprises and ecological and environmental management departments in the later stage.In view of this,the author combined with many years of practical work experience,and made some researches on the public health protection distance settings as references materials for the majority of readers,such as EIA report editors,judges and technical reviewers,in order to correctly carry out the public health protection distance setting analyses in the process of compiling the EIA report.
