TIM-3在经典型骨肉瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨经典型骨肉瘤(COS)中T淋巴细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白-3(TIM-3)的表达及临床意义。方法 回顾性分析89例COS患者临床资料。采集肿瘤组织及癌旁组织送检,经免疫组织化学法检测TIM-3表达情况,比较肿瘤及癌旁组织内TIM-3表达情况,并比较不同TIM-3表达患者年龄、性别、体质量指数、发病部位、肿瘤大小、手术方式、肿瘤分期、远处转移、病理分级、病理性骨折等临床病理特征间差异;随访3年,统计患者存活率,并比较不同TIM-3表达患者存活率差异。结果 肿瘤组织TIM-3阳性表达高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TIM-3阳性表达患者中肿瘤大小≥8 cm、手术方式截肢手术、肿瘤分期Ⅲ期、远处转移、病理分级低分化、病理性骨折占比高于TIM-3阴性表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3年,89例COS患者存活率为78.65%(70/89);其中TIM-3阳性表达患者存活率低于TIM-3阴性表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TIM-3在COS组织中阳性表达率较高,且阳性表达与肿瘤大小、肿瘤分期、远处转移等关系密切,可作为临床治疗及预测预后的新靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of T lymphocyte immunoglobulin mucin-3(TIM-3) in classical osteosarcoma(COS) and its clinical significance.Methods Clinical data of 89 patients with COS were analyzed retrospectively.Collect tumor tissues and tissues adjacent to cancer for examination, detect TIM-3 expression by immunohistochemistry, compare TIM-3 expression in tumor and tissues adjacent to cancer, and compare clinicopathological characteristics such as age, sex, body mass index, location of onset, tumor size, surgical method, tumor stage, distant metastasis, pathological grade, pathological fracture of patients with different TIM-3 expression;Follow up for 3 years, calculate the survival rate of patients, and compare the survival rate of patients with different TIM-3 expressions.Results The positive expression of TIM-3 in tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with positive TIM-3 expression in tumor size ≥8 cm, surgical method amputation, tumor stage Ⅲ,distant metastasis, pathological grade low differentiation, and pathological fracture was higher than that of patients with negative TIM-3 expression, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 years of follow-up, the survival rate of 89 patients with COS was 78.65%(70/89);The survival rate of TIM-3 positive patients was lower than that of TIM-3 negative patients, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion TIM-3 has a high positive expression rate in COS tissues, and its positive expression is closely related to tumor size, tumor stage, distant metastasis, etc.It can be used as a new target for clinical treatment and prognosis prediction.
