摘　　要：目的 探究Aurora激酶家族蛋白(Aurora A)及表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在口腔鳞癌(OSCC)及口腔扁平苔藓组织中的表达差异及意义。方法 以29例OSCC患者(OSCC组)及37例口腔扁平苔藓患者(扁平苔藓组)为研究对象。比较2组患者Aurora A及EGFR mRNA表达,分析两者联合检测对口腔鳞癌OSCC及口腔扁平苔藓的鉴别价值;比较OSCC不同分期患者Aurora A及EGFR mRNA表达,分析其与OSCC分期的相关性及对OSCC分期的评估价值。结果 OSCC组Aurora A及EGFR mRNA表达量高于扁平苔藓组(P<0.05);Aurora A及EGFR mRNA表达量联合检测鉴别OSCC、口腔扁平苔藓的AUC大于各指标单独检测(P<0.05)。OSCC患者Aurora A及EGFR表达随分期的升高而升高(P<0.05);Aurora A表达与OSCC分期呈正相关(P<0.05);Aurora A及EGFR表达联合检测评估OSCC分期的AUC大于各指标单独检测(P<0.05)。结论 Aurora A及EGFR在OSCC组织中异常表达,且其联合检测对OSCC及口腔扁平苔藓具有鉴别价值,对OSCC分期具有评估价值。Objective To explore the expression differences and significance of Aurora kinase family protein(Aurora A) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and oral lichen planus.Methods A total of 29 patients with OSCC(OSCC group) and 37 patients with oral lichen planus(lichen planus group) were enrolled as the research objects.The expressions of Aurora A and EGFR mRNA were compared between the two groups.The value of the combined detection in the differential diagnosis of OSCC and oral lichen planus was analyzed.The expressions of Aurora A and EGFR mRNA in patients with different stages of OSCC were compared, their correlation with OSCC staging and evaluation value for OSCC staging were analyzed.Results The expression levels of Aurora A and EGFR mRNA in OSCC group were higher than those in lichen planus group(P<0.05).AUC of Aurora A combined with EGFR mRNA in the differential diagnosis of OSCC and oral lichen planus was greater than that of single index(P<0.05).With the increase of OSCC staging, expressions of Aurora A and EGFR were increased(P<0.05).The expression of Aurora A was positively correlated with OSCC staging(P<0.05).AUC of Aurora A combined with EGFR for evaluating OSCC staging was greater than that of single index(P<0.05).Conclusion There are abnormal expressions of Aurora A and EGFR in patients with OSCC.The combined detection of of Aurora A and EGFR has differential value for OSCC and oral lichen planus, which also has evaluation value for OSCC staging.
