摘　　要：目的 探讨纤维母细胞活化蛋白-α(FAP-α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在卵巢癌组织中的表达及意义。方法 回顾性分析83例卵巢癌患者临床资料。所有患者均开展手术治疗,采集肿瘤标本及癌旁标本,免疫组织化学检测标本中FAP-α、VEGF表达,比较肿瘤标本及癌旁标本中FAP-α、VEGF阳性表达水平,并分析FAP-α、VEGF表达与临床病理特征间的关系。结果 肿瘤标本FAP-α阳性率、VEGF阳性率高于癌旁标本,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。83例患者FAP-α低表达43例(+),高表达40例(++);FAP-α高表达患者低分化、Figo分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、浸润深度达浆膜、淋巴结转移占比高于FAP-α低表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF阳性患者低分化、Figo分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、浸润深度达浆膜、淋巴结转移占比高于VEGF阴性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FAP-α、VEGF在卵巢癌组织中表达水平较高,且表达水平与分化程度、Figo分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移关系密切,或可作为临床治疗新的靶点。Objective To explore the expression and significance of fibroblast activating protein-α(FAP-α) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in ovarian cancer.Methods Clinical data of 83 patients with ovarian cancer were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent surgical treatment, tumor samples and adjacent samples were collected and sent for examination, and immunohistochemical detection of FAP-α、VEGF expression was carried out, compared FAP-α、 VEGF positive expression level in tumor specimens and adjacent specimens, and the relationship between FAP-αand VEGF expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The positive rates of FAP-α and VEGF in tumor samples were higher than those of adjacent specimens, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Of the 83 patients, including 43 cases of low expression(+) FAP-α,40 cases of high expression(+) FAP-α;In patients with high expression of FAP-α,the proportion of low differentiation, FIGO stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ,infiltration depth to serosa, and lymph node metastasis was higher than patients with low expression of FAP-α,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The proportion of low differentiation, FIGO stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ,depth of infiltration to serosa, and lymph node metastasis in VEGF positive patients was higher than that of VEGF negative patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FAP-α、 VEGF are highly expressed in ovarian cancer, and the expression level is closely related to the degree of differentiation, FIGO stage, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, which may provide a new target for clinical treatment.
