摘　　要：白内障是眼科第一大致盲疾病,白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术是目前治疗该病的主流手术。角膜后弹力层脱离(DMD)是指角膜后弹力层及内皮细胞层与基质层之间发生分离,房水从脱离的后弹力层断裂端进入角膜基质内,引起角膜基质持续性水肿,是一种较为严重的手术并发症,对患者生活质量影响较大。早期诊断和及时有效的治疗是视力恢复和避免角膜内皮永久损伤最为关键的措施。本文就DMD流行病学、分型、发生原因、诊断方法、治疗方法作一综述,以更好地指导临床。Cataract is the first major blinding disease in ophthalmology, and cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is the mainstream surgery to treat this disease at present. Descemet membrane detachment(DMD) refers to the separation between the descemet membrane and the endothelial cell layer and the stromal layer. The aqueous humor enters the corneal stroma from the broken end of the detached descemet membrane, causing persistent edema of the corneal stroma. It is a serious surgical complication has a great influnce on the quality of life of patients. Early diagnosis and timely and effective treatment are the most critical measures to restore vision and avoid permanent damage to corneal endothelium. This article reviews the epidemiology, classification, causes, diagnosis method and treatment method of DMD to better guide clinical practice.
