摘 要:为研究超大直径盾构穿越基岩凸起段时的滚刀受力情况,应用理论分析方法,对正面和边缘滚刀的受力特点进行了研究。通过数值模拟方法,对滚刀正常滚压破岩和与岩石撞击时的Mises应力变化进行了研究。研究结果表明:1)正面滚刀在推进时只受到与刀圈同一平面内的法向力和切向力作用,刀轴不受扭矩作用;边缘滚刀刀圈受侧向力作用,刀轴受到扭矩作用;2)随安装角度的增大,相同推力下刀圈内部最大Mises应力值逐渐增大;3)相同贯入度下,刀盘转速越高,刀圈与岩石碰撞时的刀圈内部最大Mises应力值越大,刀盘转速与刀圈最大Mises应力值是指数关系;4)贯入度与刀盘转速对刀圈受力都有影响,但刀盘转速的影响相对贯入度的影响更大。In order to study the force of the disccutter when the super-large diameter shield passes through the protruding section of bedrock, the force characteristics of the front and edge disccutter are studied by the theoretical analysis method. The change of Mises stress during normal rolling and breaking on rock are studied by numerical simulation. The results show that the front hob is only affected by the normal force and tangential force in the same plane as the tool ring, and the tool bearing is not affected by torque;The edge hob is affected by lateral force, and the tool bearing is affected by torque;With the increase of installation angle, the maximum Mises stress in the tool increases gradually under the same thrust. Under the same penetration, the higher the rotational speed of the cutter head, the greater the maximum Mises stress inside the cutter when it collides with the rock. There is an exponential relationship between the cutter head speed and the maximum Mises stress of the cutter. Both the penetration and the cutter head speed have influence on the force acting on the cutter, but the influence of the cutter head speed is greater than that of the penetration.
