摘 要:研究了含FeO的CaO-MgO-SiO_(2)-FeO-Al_(2)O_(3)五元渣系的黏度预测模型,引入黏度的补偿效应,通过对前人的熔渣共存理论黏度预测模型进行改进,建立含FeO熔渣的黏流活化能和各结构单元之间的关系,模型计算的黏流活化能和拟合得到的数值吻合较好。根据补偿效应,利用模型计算的黏度值与实测值的误差在允许范围内。分析表明,随着渣中混合碱度w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2)+Al_(2)O_(3))和碱性氧化物(如MgO和FeO)含量的增加,熔渣黏度降低。另外,熔渣黏度随着温度的升高而降低,低温条件下,熔渣组分的变化对熔渣黏度的影响较大。基于本模型计算的参数值可用补偿效应代替前人模型中的Ai参数拟合值,使模型参数值整体减少。T he viscosity prediction model of CaO-MgO-SiO_(2)-FeO-Al_(2)O_(3)slag containing FeO was mainly studied in this paper.By introducing the compensation law of viscosity,the viscosity prediction model of the former coexistence theory of slag is improved,and the relationship between the viscous flow activation energy and each structural element is established.The viscous flow activation energy calculated by the model is in good agreement with the fitted values.According to the compensation effect,the error between the viscosity calculated by the model and the measured value is within the acceptable range.The results show that the viscosity of slag decreases with increasing content of mixed basicity w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2)+Al_(2)O_(3)) and basicity oxides(such as MgO and FeO).The viscosity of slag decreases with increasing temperature,and the change in slag composition has a great influence on the viscosity of slag at low temperature.Notably,the parameter values calculated based on this model can replace the Ai parameter fitting values in the previous models by the compensation effect,to reduce the parameter values of the model as a whole.
