摘　　要：移动互联网终端的应用及普及,对当代大学生的学习和生活产生了极大的影响,也使高校思想政治教育环境发生了变化。高校思想政治教育过程中,教育网络体系的构建对逐步提升教育质量、拓展教育影响力具有非常重要的作用。从高校思想政治教育网络建设的现实意义入手,分析当前思想政治教育网络建设中面临的问题并从全面推进资源供给、整体完善教育管理体系、革新网络话语表达、建设“云上思政”教育系统、壮大网络舆论阵地等角度对思政教育网络建设策略进行论证。The application of mobile internet terminals has had a great impact on the study and life of contemporary university students and changed the ideological and political education environment of colleges and universities.The construction of educational network systems plays an important role in improving the quality of education and expanding the influences of education.This article stresses the significances of the construction of ideological and political education network in colleges and universities,analyzes the problems existed in the construction of ideological and political education network and presents the following strategies of ideological and political education:increasing the supply of resources,improving the management system of education,innovating network discourses,constructing cloud platforms for ideological and political education and strengthening the guidance of online public opinions.
