替普瑞酮、奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮对慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察用替普瑞酮、奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法 选择慢性萎缩性胃炎患者92例,以抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例,对照组给予替普瑞酮联合奥美拉唑,观察组在此基础上联合多潘立酮治疗,比较两组治疗后胃泌素(GAS)、胃动力素(MTL)水平以及用药后的炎症反应、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(95.65%)较对照组(80.43%)更高(P<0.05);对照组治疗后GAS水平(118.77±18.19)ng/L较观察组(100.21±19.20)ng/L水平更高(P<0.05);对照组治疗后MTL水平(240.68±13.13)ng/L较观察组(288.70±15.50)ng/L水平更低;治疗后,各炎症因子水平组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 替普瑞酮、奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果更好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of teprenone, omeprazole combined with domperidone in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods From January 2021 to April 2022,ninety-two patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with forty-six cases in each group.The control group was treated with teprenone combined with omeprazole, and the observation group was treated with teprenone, omeprazole combined with domperidone.The levels of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),inflammatory reaction and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.65%) was higher than that of the control group(80.43%)(P<0.05);After treatment, the GAS level of the control group(118.77±18.19)ng/L compared with the observation group(100.21±19.20)ng/L was higher(P<0.05);After treatment, the MTL level of the control group(240.68±13.13)ng/L compared with observation group(288.70±15.50)ng/L was lower(P<0.05);After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teprenone, omeprazole combined with domperidone is more effective in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.
