摘  要:文中对轨式输送机轮轨滚动噪声进行研究分析,通过三维建模和有限元软件对车轮进行了模态分析,对比了铸铁轮与超高分子轮的振动噪声特性,介绍了超高分子量聚乙烯的性能,优于普通工程塑料,分析了超高分子轮应用在轨式输送机上的经济性,具有推广应用价值。基于搭建的样机试验台,进行振动加速度和噪声测试,并对其采集的数据进行振动噪声分析。结果表明,超高分子轮引起的振动噪声较铸铁轮更小,在相同频率下由超高分子轮振动产生的幅值比铸铁轮低。In this paper,the wheel-rail rolling noise of rail conveyor is studied and analyzed,the modal analysis of the wheel is carried out by 3D modeling and finite element software,the vibration and noise characteristics of cast iron wheel and ultra-high molecular weight wheel are compared,and the performance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is introduced.The results show that its performance is better than that of ordinary engineering plastics.In addition,the author also analyzes the application of ultra-high polymer wheel on rail conveyor,and thinks that it is economical and has the value of popularization and application.Based on the prototype test-bed,the vibration acceleration and noise are tested,and the vibration noise of the collected data is analyzed.The results show that compared with cast iron wheel,the vibration noise caused by ultra-high polymer wheel is smaller,and the vibration amplitude of ultra-high polymer wheel is lower than that of cast iron wheel at the same frequency.
