摘　　要：生物化学作为中医药事业与现代医学相结合的桥梁课程,在应用型中医学人才培养中发挥关键作用。但是在传统教学模式下,学生很难体会到课程价值所在,往往不重视本门课程的学习。通过合理安排教学内容,充分引入医学案例突出医学专业特色,探索生物化学知识在中医药研究领域中的应用案例,充分彰显“学以致用”的原则,有效激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学科价值,取得较好的教学效果,为实现不断追求卓越的应用型医学人才培养提供有益参考。Biochemistry is a bridge course combining traditional Chinese medicine with modern medicine, and plays a key role in the cultivation of applied traditional Chinese medicine talents. However, under the traditional teaching mode, it is difficult for students to realize the value of the course and often do not pay due attention to this course. This paper proposes reasonably arranging the teaching content, fully introducing medical cases, highlighting the characteristics of medical specialty, exploring the application cases of biochemical knowledge in the field of traditional Chinese medicine research,fully highlighting the principle of “learning for application”, effectively stimulating students’ learning interest, improving discipline value and achieving better teaching effect. It provides a useful reference for the cultivation of applied medical talents in pursuit of excellence.
