摘　　要：面向邮政强国建设和创新驱动发展战略,南京邮电大学现代邮政学院依托红色校史文化与信息学科优势、吸收新工科和现代产业学院建设理念,形成了“红蓝融通”育人模式:以“邮政红”为本色,推动课程思政建设、发挥德育比较优势;以“信息蓝”为底色,重构专业教学体系、培植创新创业品质,促进价值引领与创新教育有机融合。在此基础上,发挥省部共建的体制优势和政产学研多方协同的育人合力,构建了较为完善的现代邮政人才培养体系,使人才竞争力、科技转化力、品牌影响力不断增强。In the strategic context of the construction of a powerful country featured in strong postal system and the innovation-driven development, School of Modern Posts(SMP) of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications has formed the “integration of red and blue” education model by relying on the red historical resource and the discipline advantage in information technology, as well as by absorbing the concepts of new engineering discipline and modern industry college.One of its prototypes is “postal red”,representing the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics in order to shape the comparative advantages of moral education.The other prototype is “information blue”,representing the reconstruction of the professional teaching mechanism with an emphasis on cultivating the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship;in this way, SMP has dynamically integrated the cultivation of value and innovative education.In addition, on the basis of co-construction by Jiangsu Provincial Government and State Post Bureau, MSP has taken a step further strengthening the educational joint force of government, industry, university and research institution, and aims to construct an advanced modern postal talent cultivation system so as to continuously improve the talent competitiveness, technology transformation efficiency and brand influence.
