摘  要:表面增强拉曼散射(Surface-enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)作为一种高效的分子光谱检测技术,具有灵敏度高、信号显著增强等优点。但SERS技术在检测过程中,存在重现度较差、信号质量易受干扰等问题,而内标法可进一步提高SERS检测的准确度。在阐述当今牛奶安全的重要性以及国内外对牛奶的检测方法后,对表面增强拉曼的发展、原理以及增强机制作简单介绍,综述了SERS内标法的原理以及内标物的四种添加方式(外部直接添加法、同位素标记法、基底自带内标法、嵌入内标法),提出了SERS内标法在皮革奶中的应用,并展望了SERS内标法在其他领域中的应用,为今后皮革奶的定量检测提供了新的研究思路。As an efficient molecular spectral detection technology, surface enhanced Raman scattering( SERS)has the advantages of high sensitivity and significant signal enhancement. However, in the detection process of SERS technology, there are some problems, such as poor reproducibility and easy interference of signal quality. The internal standard method can further improve the accuracy of SERS detection. After expounding the importance of milk safety and the detection methods of milk at home and abroad, this paper briefly introduces the development, principle and enhancement machine of surface enhanced Raman, summarizes the principle of SERS internal standard method and four addition methods of internal standard(external direct addition method, isotope labeling method, substrate selfcontained internal standard method and embedded internal standard method), and puts forward the application of SERS internal standard method in leather milk, The application of SERS internal standard method in other fields is prospected, which provides a new research idea for the quantitative detection of leather milk in the future.
