神交汤联合谷维素片治疗神经衰弱症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察神交汤联合谷维素片治疗神经衰弱症的临床疗效。方法:将60例神经衰弱症患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予谷维素片治疗,治疗组给予谷维素片联合神交汤治疗。连续治疗12周后,比较2组临床疗效,以及治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、90项精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组73.33%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组HAMD-17、SCL-90评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组2项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组PSQI量表中睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能、催眠药物评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组PSQI量表各项评分及总分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组PSQI量表各项评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神交汤联合谷维素片治疗神经衰弱症,能有效改善患者的抑郁情绪和心理状态,减轻睡眠障碍,临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenjiao Decoction combined with Oryzanol Tablets for neurasthenia.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with neurasthenia were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oryzanol Tablets;the treatment group was treated with Oryzanol Tablets combined with Shenjiao Decoction.After 12 weeks of continuous treatment,the changes in scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)before and after treatment as well as the total clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group,significantly higher than that of 73.33% in the control group,the difference between the two groups being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of HAMD-17 and SCL-90 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMD-17 and SCL-90 in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above 2 scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of sleep quality,time for falling asleep,sleep efficiency,sleep time,sleep disorder,daytime function and hypnotic drugs in PSQI scale and the total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,each score in PSQI scale and the total scores in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenjiao Decoction combined with Oryzanol Tablets has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of neurasthenia,which can effectively improve depression and psychological state of patients,and reduce sleep
