摘　　要：介绍王邦才教授治疗消化道恶性肿瘤术后的临床经验。王邦才教授认为,消化道恶性肿瘤术后病机以虚实夹杂为特点,脾胃虚损为本,痰、瘀、浊、毒内蕴为标。基于补、通二法,强调脾胃分治扶正气、通补阳明除壅逆、身心同调畅情志,灵活运用化湿运脾、温阳健脾、甘润胃阴、通腑泄浊、活血通络等治法,随法施药。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Prof.WANG Bangcai in treating patients with postoperative malignant tumor of digestive tract.Prof.WANG believes that the pathogenesis of patients after surgery for malignant tumor of digestive tract is characterized by the deficiency-excess complex.Deficiency and injury of the spleen and stomach is the root,and the internal accumulation of phlegm,stasis,turbid,toxin is the branch.Based on the methods of supplementing and unblocking,WANG emphasizes the separate treatment of the spleen and stomach to reinforce healthy qi,supplementing and unblocking of yangming to remove congestion and counterflow,and simultaneous adjustment of body and mind to regulate the emotions.He also flexibly uses the methods of removing dampness and activating the spleen,warming yang and strengthening the spleen,nourishing and moistening stomach yin,unblocking the fu-organs and directing the turbid downward,and invigorating blood and unblocking collaterals,and medicates according to the treatment methods.
