针刺天宗穴治疗落枕理论及应用探讨

摘　　要：落枕主要的病因病机是风、寒等外邪侵袭颈项部,阻滞经络,损伤经筋,导致局部气血凝滞不通,不通则痛。该病常见急性发病,病性以实证居多,病位在手太阳小肠经。而天宗穴既归属于手太阳小肠经,亦为阿是穴,针刺该穴位可迅速起到舒筋通络、祛风散寒、活血止痛的作用,从而解除后颈部肌肉的痉挛,缓解疼痛,使颈项部迅速恢复活动功能。The main etiology and pathogenesis of stiff neck is that the wind,cold and other external pathogens invade the neck,block meridians and collaterals,and damage the meridians and tendons.This leads to local coagulation and stagnation of qi and blood,whose blockage results in pain.Stiff neck is commonly an acute onset,whose nature is mainly excess syndrome and location is at the hand taiyang small intestine meridian.Tianzong point(SI11)belongs to both the hand taiyang small intestine meridian and the Ashi point.The acupuncture at this point can quickly play the role of relaxing the sinews and unblocking the collateralss,dispelling wind and dissipating cold,and invigorating blood and relieving pain.In this way,the spasm of the back neck muscles is relieved,the pain is reduced,and the active neck function is quickly restored.
