头针、康复训练联合多巴丝肼胶囊治疗帕金森病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察头针、康复训练联合多巴丝肼胶囊治疗帕金森病(PD)的临床疗效。方法:选取120例PD患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各60例。对照组给予多巴丝肼胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予头针联合康复训练治疗,2组均治疗4周。治疗前后评定Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Barthel指数(BI)、帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS-Ⅲ)、临床痉挛指数(CSI)、帕金森病人生活质量问卷-39(PDQ-39)评分。比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率93.33%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。2组BBS、BI评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组BBS、BI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组UPDRS-Ⅲ、CSI、PDQ-39评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组UPDRS-Ⅲ、CSI、PDQ-39评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头针、康复训练联合多巴丝肼胶囊治疗PD疗效显著,可改善患者的平衡功能,提高其日常生活活动能力及生活质量,减轻肌肉痉挛,增强运动能力。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation training combined with Dodopazine Capsules on Parkinson Disease(PD).Methods:A total of120 PD patients were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given Dodopazine Capsules,and the observation group was additionally given scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation training based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The scores of Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Barthel Index(BI),Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS-Ⅲ),Clinical Spasm Index(CSI),and Parkinson Disease Questionnaire-39(PDQ-39)were evaluated before and after treatment.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was93.33% in the observation group,higher than that of 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of BBS and BI in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of BBS and BI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of UPDRS-Ⅲ,CSI and PDQ-39 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of UPDRS-Ⅲ,CSI and PDQ-39 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation training combined with Dodopazine Capsules has a significant curative effect on the treatment of PD,which can improve patients’balance function,enhance their daily living activities and quality of life,reduce muscle spasm and improve exercise ability.
