摘　　要：目的:探究乳晕小切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果。方法:选择2013年1月-2021年10月山东省东明县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的180例乳腺良性肿瘤患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分为参照组和试验组,各90例。两组患者均接受切除术治疗,参照组实施传统放射状切口,试验组实施乳晕缘小切口。比较两组治疗满意度、切口长度、术中出血量、住院时间、愈合时间、乳房美观程度、并发症发生情况。结果:试验组治疗满意度高于参照组,切口长度小于参照组,术中出血量、住院时间、愈合时间均优于参照组,柔软程度、色素沉着、乳房性状、切口瘢痕等乳房美观程度评分高于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺良性肿瘤的切除术中,采用乳晕小切口的效果确切,患者治疗满意度较高,手术切口小,术中出血量少,术后恢复快,可以达到较好的乳房美观程度,而且并发症发生率低。Objective:To investigate the effect of small areolar incision in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods:A total of 180 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center of Dongming County in Shandong Province from January 2013 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment regimens,they were divided into experimental group and reference group,with 90 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with resection.During the surgery,traditional radial incision was performed in the reference group,and small areolar margin incision was performed in the experimental group.The treatment satisfaction,incision length,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,healing time,breast aesthetics,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,the incision length in the experimental group was less than that in the reference group,the intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay and healing time in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,the scores of breast aesthetics such as softness,pigmentation,breast character incision scars in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the resection treatment of benign breast tumors,small areolar incision has definite effects,higher satisfaction of patients with treatment,small surgical incision,less intraoperative blood loss,and fast postoperative recovery,better breast aesthetics,and low incidence of complications.
