无饰瓷氧化锆全冠用于前牙修复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价无饰瓷氧化锆全冠在前牙美学修复中的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月-2019年7月我院就诊的前牙牙体缺损无法行常规全瓷冠修复的患者12例17个单位修复体,运用无饰瓷氧化锆全冠修复,让医师和患者对修复体形态、牙列排列位置及色泽的接受级别进行评价。结果12例患者对修复体各项指标的接受度为100%;医师对修复体形态、排列关系接受度为100%,对修复体色泽美学的接受度为76.47%。结论高通透性的无饰瓷氧化锆全冠能有效恢复前牙牙体预备空间不足患者的美学效果,但其长期的形态及色彩效果有待进一步观察。Objective To evaluate the clinical aesthetic effect of ceramic zirconia full crown without veneering porcelain in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods 12 patients(17 units)with anterior teeth defect who could not be repaired by conventional all ceramic crown were selected for restoration from October 2018 to October 2019,and zirconia full crown without veneering porcelain was used for restoration,so that doctors and patients could evaluate the acceptance level of restoration shape,dentition arrangement position and color,and record various index levels.Results 12 patients received 100% of the prosthesis,100% of the doctors accepted the shape and arrangement of the prosthesis,and 76.47% of the doctors accepted the color aesthetics of the prosthesis.Conclusion High permeability ceramic zirconia crown without veneering porcelain can effectively restore the aesthetic effect of patients with insufficient space for anterior teeth preparation,but its shape and aesthetic color in long needs to be further observed.
