摘　　要：目的评价冷圈套术治疗结直肠息肉的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2020年9-12月期间凉山州第一人民医院行肠镜下冷圈套术治疗的结直肠息肉患者36例(息肉总数85枚,息肉直径3~8 mm),观察其结直肠息肉的完整切除率、术中出血率、手术时间、延迟性出血率、肠穿孔率。结果所有患者结直肠息肉均完整切除,切除率100%,术中发生出血1例,手术时间60~210 s(平均112 s),无延迟性出血患者,无1例发生肠穿孔。结论冷圈套术并发症发生率低,是结直肠息肉安全有效的治疗方式。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cold snare polypectomy in the treatment of colorectal polyps.MethodsFrom September 2020 to December 2020,36 patients with colorectal polyps(85 polyps,3~8 mm in diameter)treated by cold snare polypectomy in First People's Hospital of Liangshan were retrospectively analyzed for their complete resection rate,intraoperative bleeding rate,operation time,delayed bleeding rate and intestinal perforation rate.Results All patients had complete resection of colorectal polyps with 100%resection rate,1 case of intraoperative bleeding,60~210 seconds operation time(mean 112 seconds).No case of intestinal perforation occurred in patients with no delayed bleeding.Conclusion The incidence of complications of cold snare polypectomy is low,which is a safe and effective treatment forcolorectal polyps.
