摘 要:本文研究了相对分子质量为2500×10^(4)的抗盐聚合物与4种功能剂在不同浓度掺量下对低初黏凝胶体系成胶强度的影响,通过对每种功能剂进行单因素分析,确定了掺量浓度范围进行正交试验,并对每种功能剂浓度随时间变化曲线进行拟合,获得了每种功能剂随时间变化与低初黏凝胶体系成胶强度的拟合曲线特征方程,建立了多元非线性回归数学模型。利用Matlab软件求解所建立的多元非线性回归模型,结果表明:在聚合物浓度一定的条件下,功能剂中交联剂掺量浓度是影响低初黏体系成胶强度最主要的因素,每种功能剂随时间变化相互作用形成了低初黏凝胶体系可控的成胶周期,通过预测值与试验值的比较,验证了多元非线性回归数学模型的合理性与准确性,为研制适合化学驱后高效可控凝胶调堵体系并预测其成胶性能提供了一种新的思路。This paper studied the influence of salt-resistant polymer with relative molecular mass of 2500 ×10^(4) and four functional agents on the gelling strength of low initial viscosity gel system at different concen-trations and dosages.Through single factor analysis of each functional agent,orthogonal test was conducted to determine the concentration range of the dosage,and the curve of the concentration of each functional agent over time was fitted.The characteristic equations of fitting curves of each functional agent over time and the gelling strength of low initial viscosity gel system were obtained,and a multivariate nonlinear regression mathematical model was established.Matlab software is used to solve the multivariate nonlinear regression model,and the results show that :under the condition of certain polymer concentration,the concentration of crosslinking agent in the functional agent is the most important factor affecting the gelling strength of the low initial viscosity system.The interaction of each functional agent over time forms a controllable gelation period of the low initial viscosity gel system.Through the comparison of the predicted value with the experimental value,the rationality and accuracy of the multivariate nonlinear regression mathematical model were verified.It provides a new idea for the development of an efficient and controllable gel plugging control system after chemical flooding and the prediction of its gelation performance.
