摘 要:针对海上某油田高温高压长周期裸眼完井过程中存在的高固相颗粒堵塞储层孔喉的问题,在室内模拟采用降低固相含量和替入无固相完井液两种方式分别做储层保护效果评价与分析。结果表明:传统高固相钻井液作为完井液静置15d后的直接返排渗透率恢复值不足25%,对储层损害较为严重。通过一价有机盐加重替代部分重晶石可达到降低固相含量,提高储层保护效果的目的。复合加重体系常规污染后,直接返排渗透率恢复值超过85%;而污染15d后的直接返排渗透率恢复值也提高至50%以上,损害程度有所减轻,具有一定提高储层保护效果的作用。而采用高固相体系或复合加重体系钻井,然后替入无固相体系完井的方式进一步提高了储层保护效果,静置15d后的直接返排渗透率恢复值高达75%~89%,保护储层效果显著,满足裸眼段长周期完井作业要求。实验发现,可通过一价有机盐加重替代部分重晶石来达到降低固相含量,提高储层保护效果的目的。复合加重体系常规污染后,直接返排渗透率恢复值超过85%;而污染15d后的直接返排渗透率恢复值也提高至50%以上,损害程度有所减轻。In order to solve the problem of reservoir pore throat blocked by high solid particles in the process of long-period open hole completion at high temperature and high pressure in an offshore oilfield,two methods of reducing solid content and substituting solid-free completion fluid were used to evaluate and ana-lyze the reservoir protection effect respectively through laboratory simulation.The results show that the recovery value of direct flowback permeability of traditional high-solid drilling fluid used as well completion fluid is less than 25% after standing for 15 days,which seriously damages the reservoirs.Substituting monovalent organic salt weighting for part of barite can reduce the solid content and improve the reservoir protection.The direct flowback permeability recovered more than 85% after conventional pollution in the compound weighting system.The recovery value of direct flowback permeability after 15 days of pollution is also increased to more than 50%,and the damage degree was reduced,which has a certain role in improving the effect of the reservoir protection.The method of drilling with high solid phase system or compound weighting system and then completion with substituting solid phase free system further improves the reservoir protection effect.After 15days of standing,the direct flowback permeability recovery value is as high as 75% to 89%,which can significantly protect the reservoirs and meet the requirements of long-period completion in open hole section.The experiments found that substituting monovalent organic salt weighting for part of barite can reduce the solid content and improve the reservoir protection effect.The direct flowback permeability recovered more than 85%after conventional pollution in the compound weighting system.Moreover,the recovery value of direct flowback permeability increased to more than 50% after 15 days of pollution,and the damage degree was reduced.
