摘 要:目的:用SEGUE量表对实习医生及规培学员进行医患沟通能力分析,为医患沟通技能培训和考核提出有益建议。方法:基于SEGUE量表,用问卷调研、测评、半结构化访谈确定实习医生及规培学员医患沟通薄弱项目。以2018年12月至2019年12月我院38名实习医生为研究对象,用讲座、情景模拟教学进行培训,并对培训前后的能力得分进行分析。结果:138份问卷,最高分25分,最低分11分,平均分(22.62±2.97)分;142份测评,最高分22.5分,最低分10分,平均分(18.57±2.63)分,通过分析获得医患沟通薄弱项目。通过培训,38名学生的5个维度得分高于培训前,准备、信息收集、信息给予、理解病人4个维度P<0.05,结束问诊维度P>0.05。结论:SEGUE量表考核可以明确学生们的薄弱项目,对培训有指导作用。通过培训,学生的医患沟通能力有所提升,但作为考核工具,量表需进一步简化。Objective:To analyze the current situation of doctor-patient communication ability of interns and trained doctors in clinical stage by using the segue scale,and to put forward some good suggestions for training and assessment of doctor-patient communication skills.Methods:Based on the segue scale,questionnaire survey,evaluation and semi-structured interview were used to determine the weak items of doctor-patient communication between interns and trained doctors.Methods:38 interns from December 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Training,lectures and scenario simulation teaching methods were used for training.Before and after the training,the segue scale was used to evaluate the clinical communication ability,and the clinical communication ability of 38 students was statistically analyzed.Results:138 valid questionnaires,the highest score was 25 points,the lowest score was 11 points,the average score was 22.62±2.97.Among the 142 teacher assessments,the highest score was 22.5,and the lowest score was 10.The average score was 18.57±2.63.P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.The four dimensions of preparation,information collection,information giving and understanding of patients,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,and the dimension of end of interrogation,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Through the training,the scores of doctor-patient communication ability of 38 students were significantly improved,including 4 dimensions of preparation,information collection,information giving and understanding of patients,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the dimension of end of consultation P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The use of the segue scale assessment can identify the weak links of students,which has a certain guiding role in training,and through the training,students’doctor-patient communication ability will be improved,but as an assessment tool,segue scale needs to b
