新发展阶段高职校友工作路径创新初探

摘　　要：新发展阶段,高职校友工作机遇与挑战并存:既面临着新环境、新理念、新技术带来的机遇,也存在协同参与的共治基础、协同治理的共建途径、治理成果的共享程度等方面的诸多困境。从校友工作制度体系、校友资源共建平台、协同治理的成果入手,提出了校友工作共治、共建和共享的策略,为新发展阶段高职校友工作提质发展提供参考。Alumni work of higher vocational colleges in the new development stage is faced with both opportunities and challenges: opportunities brought by the new environment, new ideas and new technologies coupled with many difficulties in the aspects of co-governance foundation of collaborative participation, joint contribution approaches of collaborative governance, and the level of sharing of governance achievements, etc. Starting from the alumni work system, alumni resources co-construction platform and collaborative governance achievements, this paper puts forward the strategy of co-governance, co-construction and sharing of alumni work, which can provide reference for improving the quality and development of alumni work in higher vocational colleges in the new development stage.
