摘  要:搭建了高吞吐率动态转矩测试平台,并基于Labview平台实现了一种动态转矩数据采集方法,用于需要进行精确、高吞吐量转矩测量的测试仪器。转矩采集主要包括几个步骤:从转矩传感器读取转矩信息,将其以差分频率信号传递至现场可编程逻辑门阵列(field programmable gate array, FPGA);利用FPGA的定时循环结构和高频时钟计数转矩传感器发出的频率信号,并判断在一个采集周期内转矩传感器频率信号共出现几次上升或下降沿数,计算高频时钟记录的时间与转矩传感器发出的实际频率,使用先入先出队列(first input first output, FIFO)将核对后的频率信息发送至实时系统(real time system, RT);RT实时系统对接收到的频率信息进行转矩换算与保存,以保证每秒采集25 000个角度数据点,实现高频率与高精确度的转矩数据采集。The torque test platform with a dynamic high throughput was developed, and the dynamic torque data acquisition method based on Labview platform was researched. This test platform is used for instruments that need accurate and high throughput torque measurement. Torque acquisition mainly includes several steps. Read torque data are tested from torque sensors. Torque data are transmitted to a field programmable gate array(FPGA) in differential frequency signal. Using the timing loop structure of FPGA, the frequency signal sent by torque sensor can be counted by high-frequency clock. There are several rising or falling edges of the frequency signal to judge the time in a collection cycle. The time recorded by the high-frequency clock and the actual frequency sent by the torque sensors are calculated. Using first input first output queue is sent the checked frequency information to real time system and using real time system to converts and saves the received frequency information. The method, 25 000 point of angle data could be collected per second to realize high-frequency and high-precision torque data acquisition.
