摘 要:伴随着全球工业日益增加的复杂性与多变性,工程领导力成为创新型工程人才必备的重要素质。为了培养引领未来发展的工程领军人才,21世纪初期,美国高校率先开展了工程领导力教育。如今,欧美国家高校已经形成规模化的工程领导力教育体系。文章从历史角度出发,对工程领导力教育的概念从建立到成熟的过程进行追溯,将其划分为概念萌芽阶段、高校自主探索阶段、体系构建阶段。2010年以来,中国部分研究型大学开始了工程领导力教育试点工作。对国内外工程领导力教育的分析,能够为中国工程领导力教育的未来发展提供参考。With the increasing complexity and variability of the global industry, engineering leadership has increasingly become an important quality of innovative engineering talents. In order to cultivate engineering leaders who will lead the future development, in the early 21 st century, American colleges and universities took the lead in carrying out engineering leadership education, and now a large-scale education system has been formed in colleges and universities in Europe and the United States. From a historical point of view, the process of the concept of engineering leadership education from establishment to maturity was traced back, which could be divided into the concept germination stage, the independent exploration stage, and the system construction stage. Since 2010, some research universities in China have carried out pilot projects for engineering leadership education. Through the analysis of engineering leadership education at home and abroad, it can provide reference for the future development of engineering leadership education in China.
