摘 要:化工原理作为化工类专业的一门技术基础课,以化工生产中的物料加工过程为背景,旨在讲授如何运用自然科学原理考察、解释和处理工程实际问题。学生在学习这门课的过程中通常会遇到理解困难、知识体系不连贯、难以精准吸收等问题。对此,文章从理论上探寻化工原理课程知识体系的构成规律,探索这些规律对该课程立体化知识体系构建的指导作用,以期为学生科学、全面地掌握课程知识提供新思路,进而提高教学效果。Principles of Chemical Engineering is considered as a basic technical course for chemical engineering majors. It is based on the material processing process in chemical production, and aim at investigating, interpreting and dealing with practical engineering problems with the application of scientific principles. Students usually encounter many problems when learning this course, such as the difficulty of understanding, the inconsistent of knowledge system, and the unprecise absorption of knowledge. Therefore, this paper aims to theoretically identify the relevant rules for building a knowledge system for the Principles of Chemical Engineering. In addition, the guidance function of the same rules for building a stereo knowledge system was investigated. As a result, we can provide students with a new method to master the knowledge of Principles of Chemical Engineering comprehensively and scientifically, and increase the teaching effectiveness.
