摘　　要：以昆明医科大学第二附属医院2016~2018年获资助的研究生创新基金项目为研究对象,探讨研究生创新基金项目与学位论文课题之间的相关性,重点对创新基金与学位论文完全不同的项目进行分析,并从管理部门、导师和研究生三个层面,对如何更好地发挥研究生创新基金对研究生创新能力的培养作用提出思考与启示。With the innovation projects of graduate students in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University funded in recent 3 years as research targets, an exploration is made on the correlation between graduate students’ innovation projects and their theses, and a special analysis is made on those innovation projects that are completely different from students’ theses. From the three perspectives of management department, tutors and graduate students, this paper puts forward some thoughts and inspirations on how to better play the role of graduate innovation fund in cultivating graduate student’s innovation ability.
