摘 要:协调性是球员身体素质相互配合的基础,而球艺是足球运动的基础。该文通过文献梳理,从球艺能力培养的角度出发,结合足球运动的特点深入分析了协调性训练的内涵,指出协调性训练和球艺能力的培养有共同的本质,并能相互转化和相互促进。在此基础上,阐明了青少年协调性训练具备的低龄化、日常化和精细化的特点。在训练实践中,协调性训练要发展全面的身体运动形式;协调性训练应该重视发展神经协调能力;协调性训练应更好地融入足球训练;协调性训练应采取多元的训练方法。Coordination is the basis of the physical quality of the players and the skill is the basis of football.Through literature review, this paper analyzes the connotation of coordination training from the perspective of the cultivation of ball skills, combining with the characteristics of football, and points out that coordination training and the cultivation of ball skills have the same essence, and can transform and promote each other. On this basis, it clarifies the characteristics of teenager coordination training, which is characterized by low age, daily and refined.In training practice, coordination training should develop a comprehensive form of body movement;Coordination training should attach importance to the development of neural coordination ability;Coordination training should be better combined with football;The coordination training should adopt multiple training methods.
