摘 要:篮球专项力量训练是促进篮球运动员全面发展的重要组成部分。篮球教练员在为运动员制定训练计划时,要根据运动员自身的身体特点以及阶段成长特点来制定适合运动员发展的训练计划。现阶段我国篮球教练员在组织训练时还有很多不足,由于训练计划不科学,存在了很多问题。我国篮球教练员为运动员制定的力量训练计划并不能很好地适应运动员之间的个体差异,并且训练手段较为单一,不重视运动员的系统性恢复与神经—肌肉适应性训练,并且不善于将基本的力量训练与篮球的技战术相结合,导致我国各层次篮球运动成绩的提高受到了不同程度的阻碍。该文主要分析了篮球专项力量的内涵与概念、意义、影响因素以及在训练时应注意的事项,注意解决基础力量训练与实战相结合的问题,帮助运动员达到力量训练效果的最大化,并对以往训练中出现的问题进行了深入分析,整理出相对合理的意见。Basketball special strength training is an important part to promote the all-round development of basketball players. The basketball coach should pay attention to the physical characteristics and stage growth characteristics of the athletes when making training plans for the development of athletes. At this stage, Chinese basketball coaches still have many problems in organizing training, because the training plan is not scientific. The strength training plan designated by our basketball coaches for athletes can not well adapt to the individual differences between athletes, and the training means are relatively simple, they do not attach importance to the systematic recovery and neuromuscular adaptive training of athletes, and they are not good at combining basic strength training with basketball techniques and tactics,which leads to the improvement of the performance of basketball at all levels in China has been hindered to varying degrees. This paper mainly analyzes the connotation and concept, significance, influencing factors of basketball specific strength, as well as the matters that should be paid attention to in training, pays attention to solving the problem of combining basic strength training with actual combat, helps athletes to maximize the effect of strength training, deeply analyzes the problems that have occurred in the past training, and sorts out relatively reasonable opinions.
