摘　　要：高职体育文化和企业文化均属于社会文化的一种,在职教改革、校企融合的背景下,研究高职体育文化与企业文化之间的融合,对改善技能、体能主导类学生和企业不同工种人员的智能结构,加强高职院校体育文化与企业文化发展沟通,促进新时代职业教育深入发展和企业文化的再创性具有特殊的地位和作用,对挖掘学生、职工潜能,促进能力发展起到积极的作用,同时也是学生、职工社会属性改善的助动力。Higher vocational sports culture and corporate culture belong to a kind of social culture.Under the background of the reform of in-service education and the integration of schools and enterprises,the research on the integration of sports culture and corporate culture of higher vocational education will improve the intelligent structure of students with skills and physical ability and personnel of different types of work in enterprises,and strengthen the communication between sports culture and corporate culture in higher vocational colleges.Promoting the in-depth development of vocational education in the new era and the reinvention of corporate culture has a special position and role,which plays a positive role in tapping the potential of students and workers and promoting the development of ability,and is also a driving force for improving the social attributes of students and workers.
