摘 要:以某型号轿车的车灯灯框为研究对象,体积收缩率与翘曲变形量为优化目标,选取模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间、保压压力及保压时间等工艺参数作为优化变量,建立L_(16)(4^(5))正交试验,采用Moldflow软件进行仿真分析,得出不同工艺参数组合下优化目标值。利用Critic权重法对两个目标值进行客观赋权,得出两指标的权重系数,将多目标优化变为单目标优化,计算两优化目标的综合评分,对综合评分进行极差与方差分析。结果表明:两指标综合评分影响排序为:模具温度>保压时间>注射时间>熔体温度>保压压力。最优工艺参数组合为A1B2C3D4E1,通过仿真分析,结果相较于原始方案的翘曲变形量与体积收缩率分别降低了19.28%和5.61%。Taking the headlight frame of a certain car as the research object,the volume shrinkage and warpage deformation as the optimization objectives,and the process parameters such as mold temperature,melt temperature,injection time,holding pressure and holding time as the optimization variables,the L_(16)(4^(5))orthogonal test is established,and the Moldflow software is used for simulation analysis to obtain the optimization objective values under different process parameter combinations.The critical weight method is used to objectively weight the two target values,obtain the weight coefficient of the two indicators,change the multi-objective optimization into single-objective optimization,calculate the comprehensive score of the two optimization objectives,and perform the range and variance analysis of the comprehensive score.The results show that the order of the comprehensive score of the two indexes is:mold temperature>holding time>injection time>melt temperature>holding pressure.The optimal process parameter combination is A1B2C3D4E1.Through simulation analysis,the warpage deformation and volume shrinkage of the original scheme are reduced by 19.28%and 5.61%respectively.
