贞芪六君抑癌汤合一加减正气散联合FOLFIRI化疗方案治疗晚期结直肠癌患者的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨贞芪六君抑癌汤合一加减正气散联合FOLFIRI化疗方案治疗晚期结直肠癌患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月在西南医科大学附属中医医院进行治疗的晚期结直肠癌患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为联合组、对照组,各30例。对照组给予FOLFIRI方案化疗,联合组在此基础上加用贞芪六君抑癌汤合一加减正气散,比较两组免疫功能、体力状况、肿瘤标志物变化、生命质量、中医证候评分、治疗效果、不良反应。结果治疗后,两组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、生命质量评分高于治疗前,癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原724(CA724)、体力状况评分、中医证候评分低于治疗前,且联合组IgG、IgA、IgM、生命质量评分、治疗有效率高于对照组,CEA、CA199、CA724、体力状况评分、中医证候评分、不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贞芪六君抑癌汤合一加减正气散、FOLFIRI化疗方案联合治疗,对晚期结直肠癌具有较好的疗效,同时具有较高的安全性,可减少患者的毒副作用。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Zhenqi Liujun Anti cancer Decoction plus modified Zhengqi Powder combined with FOLFIRI chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 60 patients with advanced colorectal cancer who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southwest Medical University from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the combined group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with FOLFIRI regimen chemotherapy,and the combined group was treated with Zhenqi Liujun Anti cancer Decoction plus modified Zhengqi Powder.The immune function,physical strength,changes of tumor markers,quality of life,TCM syndrome score,treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and the scores of quality of life in both groups were higher than those before treatment,while carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724),the scores of physical condition and TCM syndrome were lower than those before treatment,In addition,IgG,IgA,IgM,scores of quality of life,and effective rate of treatment in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,while CEA,CA199,CA724,physical condition scores,TCM syndrome scores,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenqi Liujun Anti cancer Decoction plus modified Zhengqi Powder combined with FOLFIRI chemotherapy has a good effect on advanced colorectal cancer,and has a high safety,which can reduce the toxic and side effects of patients.
